How we do it
- 1Colours and whites are washed separately; darks go in cool water so they keep their depth.
- 2Gym wear and towels are washed on their own so lint and sweat do not travel to other clothes.
- 3Anything with a "dry clean only" label is pulled out and we message you before doing anything with it.
- 4Folded to a consistent size so the stack fits a cupboard shelf, then bagged and sealed.
Before you send it
- Empty the pockets; we find a lot of earphones.
- Tell us about anything that runs, so it is washed alone.
- Say if a piece should not be tumble dried.

Is it priced by weight or by piece?
By weight, at the per-kilo rate on the price list. The bag is weighed at pickup so the total is clear before we leave.
Do you separate colours?
Yes, always. Whites, lights and darks are washed in separate loads.
Can I mix wash and fold with pressing?
Yes. Keep the pieces you want pressed in a separate bag; that bag is weighed and billed at the Wash & Press rate.
