How we do it
- 1Sheets and towels are washed hot enough to actually clean, then dried through so they come back fresh, not faintly damp.
- 2Curtains are checked for lining and hooks; hooks come off and go back in a labelled pouch.
- 3Blankets and quilts are dried flat or tumbled low so the filling does not bunch.
- 4Large items are folded to a standard size that fits a shelf, and bagged separately from clothes.
Before you send it
- Take the hooks off curtains or tell us to; they come back in a labelled pouch.
- Say whether sheets should come back pressed.
- Group sets together so they come back as a set.

Do you do curtains with the hooks in?
We take the hooks out, wash the curtains, and return the hooks in a labelled pouch. Ask if you want them re-hooked; we can do that for a small charge.
How are blankets priced?
By size, single or double, after we see them. The price is on WhatsApp before we take them.
Can you press bedsheets?
Yes, on request, at the Steam Iron rate.
