When you message us on WhatsApp we see your name, phone number, the address you give us for pickup, and what you send us to clean. That is all we need to do the job.

To collect, clean and return your order, to send you the bill, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Your conversation lives in WhatsApp on our business phone. We keep order messages so we can look back at a count or a price if you ask.

The website sets no cookies. We use a privacy-preserving analytics service that counts page views and button taps without identifying you.

Ask us on WhatsApp to delete your details and we will remove your conversation from our phone within seven days, apart from records we must keep for tax.
