Every piece is counted at pickup and again at delivery, and the count goes on your WhatsApp confirmation.
We tell you before, not after.
If a garment is risky to clean, or a stain may not come out, you hear it before we start and you decide.
If we get it wrong, we say so.
Where loss or damage is down to us, we put it right: re-cleaning, repair, replacement or compensation, as set out in our Damage & Loss Policy.

Questions

How does pickup work?

Message us on WhatsApp with your sector and a time that suits you. We confirm a slot, come to your door, and count the pieces with you before we take them. Nothing to download and no forms.

How long does laundry take?

Most orders come back in about two days. Steam ironing is usually back the next day. Heavy items like lehengas, blankets and curtains can take longer, and we tell you at pickup if they will.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order value is ₹499 per pickup, across whichever services you choose.

How much does it cost?

Our prices are listed on this page under Prices: everyday washing by the kilo, everything else by the item. Anything that needs a look first, like a heavily worked saree or a stain, is quoted before we pick it up.

Which areas do you serve?

Dwarka by sector, Janakpuri by block, and all of Vikaspuri. The Areas section shows what is covered today. If your sector or block is not marked, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

How do I pay?

UPI or cash when your clothes are delivered. We send the bill on WhatsApp with the delivery message.

What happens if a garment is damaged?

Tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you can after delivery, with the order details and a photo. We look into it, and where we are responsible we put it right: re-cleaning, repair, replacement or compensation. The details are in our Damage & Loss Policy.

Can you handle delicate garments?

Yes. Silk, wool, embroidered and heavily worked pieces go to dry cleaning, and we check the care label before anything is washed. If a garment is risky to clean we tell you before we start, not after.

Do you offer dry cleaning?

Yes, for suits, blazers, sarees, lehengas, jackets and anything the label says to keep away from water. Prices are per item under Prices.

How does delivery work?

We message you when your order is ready and agree a time. Clothes come back folded or on hangers, packed in a sealed Cleanitt bag with a Little Note, to the same door we collected from.

Can I cancel or reschedule a pickup?

Yes, message us before your garments are collected and we cancel or move the pickup. Once garments have been collected and processing has started, cancellation may not be possible. The details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How do I place an order?

Message us on WhatsApp. The button opens a chat with a short template: your name, pickup address, what you need cleaned and when to collect. We reply with a pickup time. That is the whole process.
