How we do it
- 1Stains are identified and treated one by one before the garment goes into the normal wash or dry clean.
- 2Heat sets stains, so we never press a stained garment until the mark is out or we have agreed to stop.
- 3Some marks are permanent: old set oil, bleach spots, and dye transfers. We tell you before treating, not after.
- 4Priced per garment after we see it; the quote goes to you on WhatsApp first.

Questions about stain removal
Can you get turmeric out?
Usually, if it is fresh and has not been ironed over. Old turmeric on cotton fades but may leave a shadow.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the stain and the fabric, so we quote after a photo or at pickup, and you decide before we start.
What should I do before pickup?
Nothing, honestly. Do not rub it, do not iron it, and do not put it in a hot wash. Blot fresh liquid with a dry cloth and leave the rest to us.
